Join the Chocorua Public Library for another exciting Summer Garden Storytime on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the beautiful Pollinator Garden at KA Brett Gardens. If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll gather indoors at the Chocorua Public Library.
This week’s enchanting theme, Fairy & Gnome Gardens, is sure to spark children’s imaginations while encouraging a love of reading, nature, and creative play.
A Storytime Full of Garden Magic
Each Summer Garden Storytime combines engaging children’s books with hands-on outdoor learning. This week, young readers will enjoy two delightful stories:
- Pippa and Pell Cozy Home
- The Fairy Garden
These charming books invite children into whimsical worlds where tiny fairy homes, woodland creatures, and magical gardens inspire curiosity and creativity. As families listen together beneath the summer sky, they’ll discover how imagination and nature can grow side by side.
Build Your Own Fairy or Gnome Garden
After storytime, children will create their own Fairy Garden or Gnome Garden Craft to take home. Using natural materials and fun decorative elements, kids can design a magical miniature garden that encourages imaginative play long after the event ends.
